Que Duong is a creative director and photographer celebrated for his emotionally resonant portraits and cinematic visual storytelling.

Based between New Orleans and New York City, Que uses imagery as a vehicle for truth and transformation. His work challenges convention, amplifies underrepresented voices, and reimagines the boundaries of brand identity. He has led campaigns for global powerhouses including Unilever, YSL Beauty, Apple, and Google — each one rooted in purpose, culture, and story.

As Head of Creative at Sundial / Unilever, Que redefined the SheaMoisture Men brand from the ground up. He led its first major campaign, crafted a bold visual language, and drove the successful expansion into new product categories. Under his creative leadership, the brand saw a dramatic 450% surge in social engagement and four viral campaigns — a testament to his instinct for relevance and resonance.

Now working independently, Que thrives in collaborative partnerships with brand leaders and production teams alike. With a sharp strategic lens and an intuitive creative voice, he translates complex problems into compelling, human-centered solutions. Whether behind the camera or leading the concept, Que’s work is always driven by one belief: that authentic storytelling has the power to shape culture and spark change.
